The woman in this video is my husband's mom. I wanted to take the time to ask if everyone would keep her in their thoughts as she recovers and faces the challenges that lie ahead. The attack resulted in her having to get 75 stitches. Also, as the video states, she will have to get facial reconstructive surgery to correct the damage done to her face. This is not the first time that people have had problems with the stray dogs in this area. Many other attacks have occurred but yet the county has failed to help resolve the issue.
We area currently stationed in Virgina and she lives in Alabama. We have not seen her or talked to her personally but my husband has spoken to his step-dad. We'll be keeping in contact with him to see how things are progressing with her. So though I rarely ask things like this; Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers. I will try to keep everyone up to date on her recovery as well. Thank you in advance!
