Carole's Cupcakes

Back in June I shared my opinion of {7} Must Haves for the Perfect Barbeque. As you would probably guess, 'Dessert' was among those 7 necessities. The photo I used {a yummy looking Cake in a Jar} seemed to be a popular favorite among those who read the post. The only bad thing- I wasn't sure how my high school friend had made it. Unfortunately she did not share anything other than the photo on Pinterest either. So, being the wonderful blogger/person that I am, I contacted Carole to find out exactly what my readers were wondering- how to make such a lovely looking treat...

"Aww, well...its really simple. You just use normal cake/cupcake batter (from the box). My husband taught me that you can put 1 box of dry instant pudding per box of mix to make the cupcakes more moist. Then you just fill the jar about halfway up and bake as the directions on the box say! :) Hope this helps!"

There you go ladies & gents. Straight from Carole herself :D If anyone tries them- let me know how they turn out. I'll eventually get to try them once we've settled into the new house... with my new kitchen!! Eeek!!! {Can you tell how excited I am? Happy Baking, my friends!!

  1. I want to try this again sometime. The last time I tried it, my recipe was apparently not a good one and they did not turn out good at all. But I am planning on giving it a go again soon.
